Daniel Hall - Owner of RND Home Inspections

Meet Your Inspector

Daniel Hall has been inspecting and preserving homes for various mortgage companies and government agencies for over a decade. Having inspected thousands of homes over that time, coupled with training from both AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training, the nation’s largest home inspection training school) and InterNACHI (the nation’s largest home inspector certifying organization), Daniel has the experience and knowledge to provide you with a thorough home inspection custom tailored to give you peace of mind.

Certified and Experienced!

It is important to have a certified and insured inspector complete your inspection. In California, there is no licensing requirements for home inspectors so anyone with knowledge of building and construction can set up shop and do home inspections. When you hire a certified inspector, you are hiring a company or individual that has committed to education and the understanding of how a home functions and what possible issues may be present or may arise in the future.

What sets RND apart?

The good thing about RND is we are not only certified and insured we also use industry leading tools to help us see things that the average inspector may miss. Some examples would be that we use infrared cameras to help find potential leaks in the walls and floors, as well as possible energy loss due to poor home sealing. We use a robot called a crawl bot to video the condition of the home’s foundation in a raised foundation environment. This provides a more thorough inspection and the client is able to see what we see under the home.

A copy of the foundation video is provided on the inspection report. In addition, we use a drone to inspect areas on the roof that are not easily accessible or we may not be able to climb on due to construction or roof covering material. In short, we try to provide our clients with as much information about the home on the day of the inspection to allow them to have peace of mind about their home buying process.
